Meet the Founders!
Umang Davé
Umang Davé got an unexpected taste of business early in his life. He wanted to pursue medicine, but after graduating from UC Berkeley, he found himself managing a new family restaurant during the worst part of the Great Recession. Helping the business thrive and generate revenues exceeding $1M, he sought to apply this knowledge to healthcare and pursued a Master’s Degree from the top-ranked Health Care Management Program (U. of Michigan Ann Arbor).
After graduating, he worked as a trusted advisor and management consultant with top executive teams of large healthcare systems such as Kaiser Permanente and Sutter Health, helping manage large sections of million and billion dollar projects.
Feeling too removed from seeing the impact of his work on patients, and exhausted from a grueling travel and work schedule, he chose to quit his 6-figure salary job and, in 2016, focused on relationship coaching and holistic wellness. He currently owns 3 separate businesses in the Massage Therapy, Relationship Coaching, and Car Rental industries.
Christian Martin
Christian Martin has spent almost a decade launching innovative products, programs, and events in the sport and entertainment industries where he has worked with startups and notable brands such as the San Francisco Giants, Facebook, Under Armour, Comcast-Xfinity, USA Rugby, and others. He holds a Master’s Degree in Sport Management from the globally-ranked University of San Francisco Sport Management Program and Project Management Professional (PMP), and Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certifications.
Christian now operates his own consulting business and coaches for Success is WINnable as a productivity and goal accomplishment coach, helping individuals to create clear achievable goals and reach them in record time. You may also see him lead the monthly social events where he is sure to bring humor, laughs, positivity, and authentic quirkiness.
